Anxiety

Hypnotherapy can help anxiety

We all experience anxiety at some time in our lives. Sitting an exam, taking a driving test, meeting someone important for the first time – these types of situations can make us feel anxious or worried. And sometimes anxiety can be beneficial, where it drives us to act. This is what we know as an ‘adrenaline rush’.

 

But when anxiety gets out of control it can be overwhelming and affect our mood and ability to function. We might start to feel angry or irritable. Solution-focused hypnotherapy can help you to relax and feel calmer. The process will help you to manage situations so that you feel more in control and rethink the problem so that you cope better in situations that induce anxiety.
